Michele Karmin is an independent recording artist about to release her third album titled, “This is the Story.” She is a singer/songwriter conveying music from the realms of pop/rock and soul. Her first original release, “A Reason” successfully garnered over 500 people at PJ Whelihan’s, Cherry Hill in March of 2007, even with minor independent marketing. Karmin's Christmas EP (2006) is another crowd favorite and continues to be sought after during each holiday season.
Michele Karmin grew up in an entertainment bound family. Traveling to shows frequently with her mother and four siblings, helped this aspiring artist get comfortable on a musical and theatrical stage. Michele Karmin recently landed a role in Adam Sandler’s feature film, “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry” playing Larry’s sexy neighbor and is also featured in the upcoming film “Notorious.” She has had as taste of reality TV after making it to the Top 30 on the first season of P.Diddy’s “Making of the Band” and has also appeared in the season premier of the sitcom “Ed," playing the wanna-be lawyer, Beverly Jermaine.
She has graced the pages of quite a few calendars including 93.3 WMMR’S Totally Office Calendar, Bikini USA, Coastline and is the now officially the new cover girl for “GREEN FANS” Productions. She also holds the 2002 title as 610 “Miss WIP” and has appeared in the popular men’s magazine, Maxim.
Michele Karmin has been known to perform the National Anthem for various events. She recently performed at the Wachovia center for Bon Jovi’s Philadelphia Soul league champions with an audience of over 15,000 people. She has been placed in several commercials and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, NYcastings and MikeLemonCastings.
